Installation is straightforward – you can do it yourse in about 2 minutes. All standard accessories are included in the box.

Does the heater require regular maintenance?

Yes, we recommend cleaning the combustion chamber and air intake, and checking the fuel filter for clogs, once per heating season or roughly every 200 operating hours. Detailed maintenance instructions are provided in the user manual.

What should I do if the heater shows a fault code?

Most fault codes correspond to common issues like low fuel, ignition failure, or overheating protection. You can look up the code meanings in the manual, or simply contact our seller support team – we'll be happy to help you troubleshoot.

Can I use other fuels besides diesel?

No, you must use clean, pure diesel. Poor‑quality fuel can corrode the tank. In cold winter conditions, we recommend using winterized diesel to prevent gelling.

Can the heater be used indoors, such as in a cabin, garage, or workshop?

Yes, but always make sure the exhaust pipe is routed outdoors. Combustion exhaust must be fully vented outside, and the indoor space should also have adequate ventilation.
